Shipping policy

Where we ship: United States and Canada.

Cost: Free shipping on all orders.

Production time: Every item is made to order in about 3 business days.

Delivery time: Usually 7-15 business days after your order ships.

Tracking: Every order includes tracking, emailed to you when it ships.

Holiday orders: Order by December 1 for the best chance of delivery before December 24.

Lost or late orders: If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we'll remake it or refund you.
