Refund policy

Personalized items

Every Oddly Kept piece is made to order with your photos, names and dates, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering mistakes.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, send us a photo through our contact page within 14 days of delivery. We'll remake it free or give you a full refund. You won't need to send it back.

Photo quality

We print the photos you upload. Blurry or low-resolution photos may print that way, so please upload clear, well-lit images.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, your order is already in production.

Lost orders

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we'll remake it or refund you.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
