How do I send my photos?
After you choose your options, you'll upload your photos when ordering. If you have any trouble, reply to your order confirmation email and attach them there.
What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos with faces near the middle. Square or portrait photos look best, since each card is about 7 cm wide.
How long does it take?
Each box is made to order in about 3 days, then delivered in 7–15 business days in the US and Canada. You'll get a tracking number by email once it ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free to the US and Canada.
What can I engrave?
Names, a date or a short message, up to about 25 characters, on the top of the box.
Does the light need batteries?
No. It's rechargeable with the included USB cable, and switches on with a touch.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because every piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll remake it or refund you.
Will it arrive in time for the holidays?
Order by December 1 for the best chance of delivery before December 24.
